How much hair will I need?
A full sew-in would need approximately need 8 to 10 ounces of hair.

We recommend 2-3 bundles of lengths 10”-16”.

For 18” to 30”, we recommend 4 bundles.

For 32" to 42", we recommend 5-6 bundles or more depending on desired fullness.

These bundle amounts can be used to achieve a natural look.

 

If you desire a fuller look you will need more.

Each bundle weighs 3.5 to 4.0 ounces

What is the quality of your hair? 

All of our hair is grade 10A. Our hair does not shed, tangle, or matt. 

How long will the hair last?
Our hair can last for quite some time.

With proper care & treatment, our hair last up to 24 months

Can I color/bleach this hair?

Our hair is 100% virgin human hair with cuticles intact and facing the same direction.

Our hair can be bleached and will lift to #613 blonde.

Once bleached or colored the hair is no longer virgin.

Be sure to keep colored & processed hair well conditioned and moisturized.

Yes, it can be colored however we do advise that you use a professional colorist that specializes in coloring hair extensions.

Even though the hair can be colored, Royale Essentials does not guarantee the outcome of your hair.

I want to purchase your hair but does it have an odor?

Our hair is odor-free and is pre-washed & conditioned before shipment.

Can I flat iron or curl this hair?

Yes! You’re able to flat iron, curl and style our hair to perfection.

The more you straighten the hair the more you will lose the pattern. 

It is important to remember that the more you straighten the pattern the more it will relax.

What is the longest length you offer?

We currently offer lengths up to 30” inches.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?
After your order ships, it will take up to 3 business days for your purchase to arrive based on your location from our warehouse.

 

Can I cut the wefts?
Royale Essentials hair will last longer if the wefts are not cut.

If you need to cut your weft we recommend sealing the ends so the hair will not shed at the point of cut.

How many bundles do I need for a bob?
We recommend two bundles for lengths between 10” to 12”.

If you want to achieve a longer length, use 14” for the third bundle.

What is your exchange or return policy?

Royale Essentials does not issue refunds for any reason or circumstance.

In the event you need to exchange your hair, you need to do so within 48 hours by notifying Royale Essentials via phone, email, or website.

If you need to exchange hair that’s been ordered via the website the purchaser is responsible for all return fees associated with shipping and postage.

The hair needs to be in its original state and original packaging, exactly how it was sold to you including tags, bags, and the original receipt.

The hair should not be used or altered such as combed, brushed, picked out, cut, processed, rinsed, permed, bleached or colored, etc.

All exchanges are subject to the approval of management.

How long does it take to ship and process the orders? 

Once the method of payment is accepted and approved, the order will be shipped out within 48 hours Monday – Thursday.

Orders placed Friday– Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.

Any orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day and shipped within 24 hours.

​

All orders will incur a $7 or more shipping charge based on weight. 

Express shipping is available for an additional cost of $30 or more.

We do not ship on Sundays or Federal Holidays.
