Service Policy
Queen City Goddess requires that all clients sign a waiver release form upon consulation before any services are rendered.
Cancellation policy: To avoid being charged, notify glam artist within 10 mintues before missed appointment. Clients will be charged an addition charge of $15 that will be added to services fee after 20 minutes. Clients will incur a fee in the amount of 50% of the service fee after 30 minute wait time. It is the clients responsibility to call, 980.622.1891, to reschedule appointment.
